Car rentals in Botswana are currently one of the most promising ventures in business. Over the past few months, Vintage Classics has gained recognition in the country as one of the best company that offers rentals and hires for iconic cars. The company became popular after chauffeuring the former Botswana, Dr. Ian Sereste Khama 1938 Chevrolet model, the 1939 Chevrolet Deluxe and the British 1947 Austin 10 during his farewell tour.
Ineeleng Kavindama, the founder of Vintage Classics, says that this venture is quite fruitful and has been received well in Botswana. She also said that the company aspires to boost local talents and sporting sectors. The company recently appointed Isaac Makwala, a gold medalist athlete from Botswana as its brand ambassador. Kavindama revealed that renting and hiring vintage cars is not expensive as most people think.
Kavindama said that the company was not only for the affluent in society. She confirmed that their package is tailored to cater for low, medium and high budget clientele. She also revealed that plans are underway to include the sale of vintage and classic cars in Botswana as part of the vintage car lifestyle experience. Kavindama said that the company would also extend to neighboring countries as part of their long-term plans.
Vintage Classics has held some showcasing events in the country where they displayed their 12 car fleet around the country. They recently showcased at the International Poverty Eradication Summit which was held at the Grand Palm Peermont Grand Resort in Gaborone.
